If you click on summary in gcode context you see how often that file is printed. For direct prints there is no statistics. There is also the history tab where you see all your previous prints with some statistics.

You just connect printer and add a printer with the wizard in our gui. Then it should work. Just make sure to select marlin firmware. When you see a port /dev/serial/by-id/.. that is the printer to select.

I think it should work with correct settings. But don't have this printer so can not say which baudrate. Eventually rts/dtr combination play a role depending on board. And of course make sure to select the right port.
