What happens if you if you go down to 640x480? If webcam supports mjpg it should be around 25kb/frame. Of course HD with 30 FPS will get a problem.
-
Server does not see coordinate changes from G32/G33 that is correct. None the less the print contains G1 Zx moves which are seen by server and should tell him then the correct coordinates. You should also see Z increase with every layer. Layer chang…

Yes it is the offset to the extruder. Normally first extruder has offset 0,0 so it is the reference. After homing I assume you are at x=0 so activating goes to x=-45 (virtually). So you need to run G1 X45 to move 45 to right and then activate probe.…
-
It is offset from your virtual 0,0 position you use for extruder offsets. 45 right means on activation it will move 45 mm to the left. So the minimum x position you can probe is 45 and you should not activate probing if you are at x < 45!
-
It might also happen if you need more time to refresh state then me. If you can connect to ethernet cable and login over that and then run: sudo service RepetierServer stop sudo /usr/local/Repetier-Setup/bin/manageWifiAccess connectPW "yourssid" "yo…

For speed test after updating steps per mm test G1 X0 G1 X200 F6000 That moves 100mm/s so should take 2 seconds + acceleration time. You can test with other speeds as well. If it works you know speeds are converted correctly. Make sure in host/serve…

AT start of G30/G32 the probe is activated meaning offsets are applied. Sounds like your xy offset is not set right. Note that z probe offset is mm and not steps like extruder offsets!
-
Did you also replace the motor driver it self when switching boards? It's the only thing you did not mention to be replaced.

I have updated https://www.repetier-server.com/setting-webcam-repetier-server-linux/ to contain the latest version of your webcam solution for linux.

Sounds like wrong firmware configuration. Does the temperature rise or stay constant that you see? If it stays more or less you might have not connected the temp sensor to the correct connector. Hosts do just send the commands to firmware so if the…

Which software and what did he send?

Have you tested if steps per mm are correct. If steps per mm is 2 times higher center is other side. With 4x it will even be outside print area. So check after homing M114 position and go e.g. 50mm and see how much it really moves.
-
Yes, a naked board with firmware should still connect. It might complain defect sensors if not connected, but at least you should see it. If you use 115200 baud you should even be able to connect with arduino ide serial monitor and see the default m…

EXT0_X_OFFSET must be a negative number for distance to 0 position on bed. 0 position is where Tool 2 can be with Tool 1 parked! EXT1_X_OFFSET is then distance also from 0 bed position to park position on the right.

Repetier-Firmware does not run on Smoothieboard. Repetier-Server and Repetier-Host however can directly connect to smoothieboard with smoothieware firmware. In server just select the Smoothieware firmware. You need to use Repetier/Marlin like extr…

Do you have distortion correction enabled? It seems that this with cartesian type printers makes it ignore the switch due to many segments where only first segments seems to test end stop.
-
webcam.conf is in deed our custom solution to handling webcams on our pi image. There you can also select resolution and framerate in the server gui. This is done through some bash scripts the server detects and uses for interaction making it easier…

War das auch ein router der die ssid versteckt hat? Vielleicht müsste man noch ein connect hidden hinzufügen wo dann die ssid mit eingegeben wird.

I see the action pause. I think that is the better trigger then a timeout. In fact the busy tells to not timeout at all. But pause is only requested if server should shut up sending and during a print it is only on jam/filament out.
-
That is not really a failed print until that point. Sounds like the firmware/printer has a jam detection that triggered and put firmware in wait for user action state. // action:pause tells server to stop sending gcode. echo:busy: paused for user i…

Yes, it deviates a bit from real temperature. Not that any of them really measures the right temperature as temperature varies over position in nozzle. The difference can be big. Nearly all have 100K at 25°C but the higher the temperature the bigge…

Server only uses MJPG/JPG but that is not relevant here. mjpg_streamer does convert yuyv to mjpg if the webcam does not support it. Your webcam supports both so mjpg_streamer will use mjpg directly from webcam. That way the usb bus also does not get…
-
A timeout is not so good as some operation slike heatup can also take that long. Does the printer in these cases send: // action:paused We could add this to be handled the same as server side pause and send a pause message.

iwconfig should show the state. I have one stick that works not well with our solution a sit can not scan networks and have one connection. Not sure whcih type that was. Aynhow, better first check if linux has it working or not and then see what is …

If you use Pi zero with Prusa read our faq for this. Works great with disabled chrome for me.
-
It depends on how you solved the mjpg_streamer integration. Our pi image solution e.g. uses the cam id to assign it to ports. With identical devices the id might be the same. Then you need to change webcam.conf # WEBCAM_DIR is used for naming video…

That is planned behaviour. You home fast and retest slower for better precision. You can set the distances and rehome reduction in homing configuration in configuration.h file of firmware. It is not changeable after burning the firmware.
