i used firmware tool 0.92 as 0.91 does not have 12864 lcd screen.trying to get auto bed leveling working,conected the servo to pwr pins...+,_ and pin 6, tried many servos, wont will respond with g cod

Another question: What do you recommend for #define STEP_DOUBLER_FREQUENCY ? Since I am using an ARM, this value could be higher than for the AVR, but do you maybe have a best-case value?
