I wonder which ip then the working .local address has? It uses dhcp after all. Only thing I can think of is that it gets a ipv6 ip instead. Both is active on our image. You could try ping at the local address to see the ip that then gets used.

Ok dann kopiert das Plugin das also direkt in die Druck Warteschlange. Beim PrusaSlicer ist es genau umgekehrt - da wählt man die Gruppe des Modelspeichers aus. Aber beides sind Programme die nicht von uns sind, daher können wir da nichts machen.

You should set it to the file you configured in klipper. Default is /tmp/klipper but /tmp has problems with buster. But I'm quite sure I changed the permissions to fix that in our image.

In Repetier-Server you can say extruder x is temperature controller and let all reference T0. In host you need to check mixing extruder and I think the same happens. Not 100% since I don't have one.

V24 sollte eigentlich auch klappen. Hab das nicht geändert in V25. Ruf mal manuell sudo /usr/local/Repetier-Setup/bin/usb-mount auf und sieh ob er es mounted oder Fehler zurück gibt.

Klipper is not using standard /dev paths, so they do not appear in the dropdown. Solution is just to enter the path /tmp/printer or with /var/lib/klipper manually in the port field depending on how you configured klipper. That is all.

Ist glaube ich ein dyndns system das deinen Router unter einer festen url erreichbar macht. Bin mir nicht sicher ob die auch port mapping mit erledigen oder wie das system genau Funktioniert. Aber damit ist es uns im Büro gelungen.

Not really a server issue if router fails to assign a static ip. How do you do it? Bind IP to the mac? That is what you should do. Do not try to assign it a static ip outside the dhcp system. That always gets ugly.
